Four-day long weekend October 29 - November 1, 2011 (All Saints Day)

Since, November 1 falls on Tuesday - in celebration of All Saints Day, the Palace declared October 31 (Monday) as a special non-working holiday through Proclamation No. 265 "to give full opportunity to our people to properly observe [All Saints Day] with all its religious fervor which invariably requires them to travel to and from different regions of the country."  

This is a good opportunity to travel and enjoy our beautiful 7,107 archipelagic islands. Happy All Saints Day to all!!
