Panagbenga Festival 2011 formally launched

The City Government of Baguio formally launched the opening of the 2011 Edition of Baguio Flower Festival which is also popularly known as the Panagbenga Festival.

The launching was led by Baguio City Mayor Mauricio G. Domogan at the City Hall grounds, follows by a press conference at the city hall and at the evening a free concert at the SM Event Center with a fireworks display. One of the highlights of the opening was the unveiling of the 16th Festival logo by Panagbenga Executive Committee Chairman Anthony de Leon and Federico Alquiroz.
