President Benigno Simeon Aquino III signed the Proclamation No. 60 at Manila City, Philippines declaring November 16, 2010 a National Holiday in observance of the Muslim Holiday - Eid'l Adha (Feast of Sacrifice). This is one of the two greatest feast of Islam aside from Eid'l Fitr.
