November 29: Non-working Holiday - Bonifacio Day

Malacañang official declared November 29, a non-working holiday in observance of Bonifacio Day – Philippine Revolution leader and Katipunan founder Andres Bonifacio born on November 30, 1863.

The public holiday actually falls on November 30 but the government's holiday economics policy pushes its observance as a non-working day to the nearest Monday.
